Drawers so low it "hits" the plates
The top drawer of this is placed so low in the machine that any dinner plates, skillets, cookie sheets, etc. cannot fit in the lower rack, even when placed on the back, side, or front. The dinner plates are hit even when they are placed in the center. What this means is that while the water dispenser is spinning, it hits resistance when it touches the dinner plate, and stops spinning. As a result, it doesn't do a decent job cleaning.
If this weren't a problem, I still wouldn't recommend it (although it would get a higher rating). The secondary reason is that because the buttons are digital, the unit "sleeps" when not in use. So to "wake" it, you need to press the Start button. This starts the unit on the program it was set on at the last wash -- not necessarily the one you want to use this round. So then, after it starts is when you make the changes.

Got a LEMON
I read all the great reviews and purchased this dishwasher. The first time it ran it was nice and quite. The second time it ran it made a loud grinding noise and did not clean the dishes. I have had the repair people come out 5 times and they have yet to fix it. Frigidare has yet to resolve the problem and it has been 2.5 months without a working dishwasher.
